Weeding of gravel around communal areas

Weeding/spraying of communal areas is currently undertaken three times each year. (April/July/Sept)  Oliver from Needs Landscaping will be coming to blanket spray the whole site during the above months. Please note that the spraying only applies to the communal areas and not people’s driveways or carports. Exact dates will be put on the WhatsApp chat.

Pergola by entrance

It has been mentioned the pergola is rotting and will need to be included on the list of areas needing attention. Directors are to obtain quotes for this work.

Quotes being obtained for replacement, looking at options away from the current wooden structure.

Change of name to company who empty and service our septic tanks.

We were informed a few weeks ago that ‘Chris Breeze Ltd’ who were the company that serviced and emptied our septic tanks have had a change of name to ‘Advanced Waste Water and Drainage Ltd’

The agreement we have with them is that the tanks are emptied 4 times a year (Feb, May, Aug & Nov) and there is a service contract in place where the pumps are checked every other month. (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct & Dec). As of next month we will also be getting a detailed report of the checks carried out on these visits.
